when you have momentum on your side it feels like you are better than you really are, but I would prefer it this way than the other alternative.
I climbed the wall on Saturday with 10 of our team who were being trained as supervisors and it was a good feeling climbing the wall and then trusting others with my life, to come down again. (I obviously survived)
Momentum is a strange and wonderful thing. It is awesome and you feel like you can say to mountains or maybe even a 7 meter rock wall, be gone..... when you have momentum on your side...however when you don't have momentum it is difficult to see or do much.
As a Christian church leader I want to lead, always from a front footed position, and never from the back foot, when momentum is on your side it keeps you feeling a little more confident, that much more can actually be achieved. And thats what we are going for...
much much more.
Higher.
Wider.
Deeper.
Longer.
bring it on....
join us if you can.
